Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a product expert, answering inquiries via email and calls
  • Collaborate on technical troubleshooting with the development team
  • Maintain internal support tools, including help centre articles
  • Manage complex inquiries from the outset

Requirements

  • 6 months+ experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong written communication in both English and French
  • Record of completing tasks and projects
  • Experience with nonprofits
  • Quick learning of new software platforms
