Mobile UI Developer - Consumer Banking

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Mobile UI Developer (Consumer Banking) to support a large-scale digital loyalty initiative within the financial services industry. This position is hybrid in McLean, VA (on-site three days per week). The Mobile UI Developer will design and build polished, user-friendly mobile experiences within a hybrid Ionic application that supports a next-generation consumer banking loyalty platform. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact millions of members by helping modernize and elevate the digital banking experience.

Responsibilities for the Mobile UI Developer include:

• Developing and enhancing front-end mobile UI components within an Ionic-based hybrid mobile application
• Translating approved UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive, and intuitive mobile experiences
• Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, QA, and backend teams to deliver production-ready features
• Supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud–based member-facing digital experiences
• Participating in Agile delivery cycles, code reviews, and quality assurance efforts to ensure best practices

Required Qualifications for the Mobile UI Developer include:

• 3+ years of experience developing front-end UI for mobile or hybrid applications
• Hands-on experience with Ionic, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA at least three (3) days per week

Compensation for the Mobile UI Developer includes:

• Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
