Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java/Spring Boot backend development and React frontend development to build scalable enterprise applications for the Z2 Enterprise Platform. You will work across the entire stack designing and building end-to-end enterprise applications, including backend services, APIs, distributed infrastructure, and modern web interfaces. This role also requires familiarity with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and AI workflows, as the platform increasingly integrates AI-powered features, automation, and intelligent workflows. Our engineering culture embraces AI-assisted development using tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, and similar platforms. Engineers are expected to combine these tools with strong fundamentals in system design, algorithmic thinking, problem solving, scalability, and rapid iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full stack development experience Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot Strong experience with React.js
• Experience building end-to-end applications
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch Familiarity with AI Agent frameworks
• Understanding of LLMs and AI workflows Experience using AI-assisted development tools Claude, Codex, Cursor, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-enabled enterprise applications
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD
• Exposure to Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Application Development

• Design and build complete end-to-end applications, from backend services to frontend interfaces.
• Translate product requirements into scalable, production-ready software systems.
• Build modular architectures that support long-term extensibility and maintainability.

Backend Development

• Design and develop microservices and backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable REST APIs for enterprise applications.
• Implement event-driven workflows using Apache Kafka. Design and optimize data models using PostgreSQL.
• Implement Redis caching strategies to improve performance.
• Build scalable search capabilities using Elasticsearch / OpenSearch.

Frontend Development

• Develop modern web applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture.
• Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs and services.

AI & Intelligent Workflows

• Work with LLMs and AI agent frameworks to integrate AI-driven features into applications.
• Design systems that support AI workflows, orchestration, and automation.
• Integrate backend services with AI pipelines and intelligent assistants.

AI-Assisted Development

• Leverage AI development tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, and similar systems to accelerate coding, debugging, and experimentation.
• Apply systems thinking, algorithmic reasoning, and scalable design principles to solve complex engineering challenges.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.
