Role Overview
Yuwell Medical is seeking a Clinical Product Manager – Canada (Respiratory) to support and expand its respiratory portfolio across Canada. This role is ideally suited to a Clinical Product Manager or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with strong clinical credibility who is looking to transition into a broader clinical, product, and market-facing role.
The Clinical Product Manager will act as the clinical expert and product champion for Yuwell’s respiratory solutions in Canada, supporting product adoption, clinical education, and customer success. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams to ensure Yuwell’s products are effectively positioned, correctly used, and clinically optimized in both homecare and institutional settings.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Product Management
- Serve as the clinical expert for Yuwell’s respiratory product portfolio.
- Deliver product demonstrations, clinical training, and education.
- Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations.
- Act as a trusted clinical partner to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve clinical or technical issues.
Market & Product Support
- Support go-to-market activities and national growth strategies.
- Provide structured clinical feedback to inform product development.
- Support distributor relationships through clinical enablement.
- Stay current on respiratory care trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) designation required.
- 3–5 years of clinical experience in respiratory care.
- Experience with respiratory devices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Canada.
