Yummy Catering is a fast-growing childcare catering company serving thousands of meals daily across the GTA. We operate in a high-paced environment where communication, organization, and accountability are critical.

The Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and manage our Customer Service (CSM) team. This role is responsible for ensuring all client communication, issue resolution, and daily service coordination are handled efficiently and professionally.

You will be the point leader for all CSMs, ensuring consistency, accountability, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Customer Service team (CSMs)
• Oversee all incoming client requests, issues, and escalations
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of daily service issues
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, logistics, and operations teams
• Track and report recurring issues and trends
• Train, coach, and develop CSM staff
• Implement and enforce customer service processes and standards
