Advance your career as a Laboratory Technologist at Whitehorse General Hospital. This full-time, on-site role involves diagnostic testing and equipment maintenance to ensure accurate results. This position reports to the Laboratory Manager and involves providing essential diagnostic testing for health providers at the L08 level.

You'll perform specialized procedures, maintain quality control, and ensure all records are accurate while working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests and analyses
• Maintain and troubleshoot complex laboratory equipment
• Ensure quality control for accurate test results
• Keep accurate records and prepare concise reports
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional integrity Requirements:
• Certified as a Registered Medical Laboratory Technologist in Canada
• Recent experience in an accredited Medical Laboratory
• Valid class 5 driver’s license required
• Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology is an asset
