Job Profile:
Customer support
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in Retention Process.
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of computers
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
Salaries:
For Fresher 10 to 15k (Depends on candidate skills only)
For Experience candidates will matched the last CTC and we will be the best in the industry.
