As a Genesis Experience Manager-Ownership, you’ll be responsible for:

• The trusted connection between our guests and our service team.
• Managing guest interactions with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
• Assessing vehicle concerns and preparing accurate repair orders.
• Coordinating services by working closely with technicians and advisors.
• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Keep guests informed throughout the service process, creating confidence and trust.
• Deliver a luxury, concierge-level ownership experience at every touchpoint.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems and repairs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Computer proficiency and comfort with dealership software systems
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Professional, dependable, and highly motivated to deliver premium service
• Valid driver’s license
