Job Description

Lead as a Business Partner in labour relations, providing strategic guidance on HR issues. Specialize in enhancing compliance and supporting leadership in achieving organizational goals.

This full-time role involves advising senior leaders and facilitating People, Wellness, & Talent initiatives that align with critical business strategies. You'll play a pivotal part in fostering a positive work environment and addressing workplace challenges through strategic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide leaders in complex HR policy applications
  • Manage investigations regarding workplace conduct
  • Develop and implement HR training programs
  • Serve as the primary link between leadership and HR teams
  • Address and resolve grievances and conflicts

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's in Industrial Relations is preferred
  • 7+ years in employee relations, ideally public sector
  • Senior HR function experience and compliance knowledge
  • Preferred designations: CHRL, CHRP, ADR
  • Proven capacity for conflict resolution and negotiation
