Lead as a Business Partner in labour relations, providing strategic guidance on HR issues. Specialize in enhancing compliance and supporting leadership in achieving organizational goals.
This full-time role involves advising senior leaders and facilitating People, Wellness, & Talent initiatives that align with critical business strategies. You'll play a pivotal part in fostering a positive work environment and addressing workplace challenges through strategic interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide leaders in complex HR policy applications
- Manage investigations regarding workplace conduct
- Develop and implement HR training programs
- Serve as the primary link between leadership and HR teams
- Address and resolve grievances and conflicts
Requirements
- MBA or Master's in Industrial Relations is preferred
- 7+ years in employee relations, ideally public sector
- Senior HR function experience and compliance knowledge
- Preferred designations: CHRL, CHRP, ADR
- Proven capacity for conflict resolution and negotiation
