Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management

(SPM / ITBM)

• Solid understanding of:

o Portfolio & Program Management

o Demand & Capacity Management

o Financial Planning & Cost Modeling

o Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models

• Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) and business capability

mapping

• Strong stakeholder management skills,
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and scripting (Flow Designer, Business

Rules, Script Includes, Reporting)

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) & CAD is must
• CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM / CIS-PPM)
• Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner) – preferred
• CTA / CMA for senior architect roles

Typical Experience Range

• SPM Consultant / Senior Consultant: 5–8 years overall experience, 3–4years in

SPM/ITBM

• SPM Lead / Architect: 8–15+ years overall experience with enterprise-scale SPM

Implementations

TSOM Consultant/Architect

Mississauga ON,

Contract role

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM Certifications (Preferred) - Consultant / Senior Consultant: 6–8 years overall experience, with strong TSOM

exposure

• Architect: 8+ years overall experience, including enterprise-scale TSOM

implementations

• CSA & CAD is a Must and ServiceNow CIS – ITOM (preferred)
• ServiceNow TSOM-related micro-certifications (preferred)
• CTA / CMA for senior architect roles
• Solid understanding of ITOM, including event management and service mapping
• Experience with telecom network operations (service assurance, alarms, outages,

customer impact)

• Knowledge of CMDB, service topology, and data integrations
• Experience working with large-scale, high-volume event environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution-design skills

Security Operations Role

Mississauga ON, Hybrid

Contract role

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps)

• Solid understanding of:

o Security incident management

o Vulnerability management lifecycle

o Threat intelligence and SOC operations

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools (SIEM, scanners, identity

platforms)

• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration and scripting (Flow Designer, Business

Rules, Script Includes, Reporting)

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Security, IT, and Risk teams

Certifications (Preferred)

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Must
• CIS – Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR)
• CIS – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
• Security certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM – preferred)
• CTA / CMA for senior architect roles
