Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, promoting and selling technical products, providing technical support, and acting as a key liaison between the company and its clients. The role involves presenting and demonstrating products, understanding customer needs, explaining technical concepts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with after-sales service. Collaboration with the internal team to develop customized solutions and ensure business growth will also be a critical component of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand client requirements and offer technical solutions
• Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a technical sales or engineering role is advantageous
• Familiarity with industrial machinery or automation solutions is a plus
