8+ years of experience as CRM tech consultant with migration experience

Possess deep and hands on technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules, as well as Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse

Migration skills -

Migration Size / Complexity -- Best Tool

Small, ad-hoc (CSV/Excel) -- Data Import Wizard

Config/Reference Data -- Configuration Migration Tool

Large-scale (millions) -- KingswaySoft SSIS / Scribe

Cloud-first, serverless Azure Data Factory

Low-code transformation Power Query / Dataflows

Custom rules/logic Web API / Azure Functions
