Key Responsibilities
- Financial Record Management.
Maintain accurate financial records.Ensure all daily financial transactions are properly recorded, organized, and updated.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Invoice Management.
Process, verify, and manage invoices efficiently.Ensure smooth financial operations and timely payments.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
Record and monitor all payable and receivable transactions. Ensure accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Banking Operations
Track and oversee bank deposits, withdrawals, and payments.Maintain transparency and accuracy in cash flow management.
- Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly.Identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
- Financial Audits
Participate in internal and external audits. Provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Balance Sheet Preparation
Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets.Reflect the company’s financial position effectively.
- Budget Assistance
Collaborate with senior management in preparing budgets and forecasts. Support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
- Compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements.Handle GST filings and other regulatory obligations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
