Join the Entertainment team as an Administrative Assistant and contribute to a vibrant, creative environment. This role focuses on report generation, communication, and talent management processes.

You will work directly under the Vice President, Entertainment, delivering critical administrative support. Responsibilities include maintaining vendor relationships, processing payroll, supporting talent booking, and ensuring financial tracking aligns with budgets. Your organizational skills will be pivotal in facilitating smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support talent booking processes and contract management
  • Track financial aspects and ensure budget compliance
  • Process daily payroll and mail management
  • Act as a liaison for the Entertainment Leadership team
  • Distribute information efficiently to departmental leadership

Requirements

  • High School Diploma mandatory; Associate’s Degree preferred
  • At least one year of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Polished communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organized with effective multitasking ability
