Job Description
We required dynamic professionals for our Sharayu Group.
We're looking for a motivated Social Project Associate/Coordinator to support our social initiatives. You'll assist in planning, implementing, like community development, education, and social welfare.
Qualification - Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/MBA
Experience - 1 to 4 Years
Age - 25 to 40 Years
Salary - 20,000/- to 25,000/-
Job Location - Baramati (Candidates must be willing to relocate/stay)
Male / Female Both candidates Preferred
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, designing, and executing social development projects in areas like education, health, and community welfare
- Conduct field visits and community surveys to identify needs and assess project impact
- Coordinate with internal teams, NGOs, government bodies, and local stakeholders for smooth project implementation
- Monitor project progress, maintain proper documentation, and submit timely reports to management
- Ensure proper utilization of resources and adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Assist in organizing awareness programs, workshops, training sessions, and community meetings
- Support fundraising initiatives, proposal writing, and resource mobilization activities
- Maintain regular communication with beneficiaries and address their concerns or feedback
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to project outcomes and impact assessment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and social responsibility guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and promoters
- Identify risks or challenges in project execution and suggest practical solutions
- Travel to rural/field locations as required for project activities and monitoring
- Support documentation for CSR activities, audits, and reporting requirements
