Location Calicut Experience 0 to 1 Year Department Academic Operations Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to support the smooth execution of our ACCA programs The ideal candidate should be passionate about education possess excellent communication skills and be eager to grow within a rapid-paced academic environment Key Responsibilities Assist in scheduling and coordinating ACCA classes exams and faculty sessions Act as a liaison between faculty students and the academic management team Maintain accurate academic records attendance and student performance data Support onboarding processes for new students and provide academic guidance Handle student queries and follow up on academic-related issues in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of academic activities Help ensure adherence to ACCA guidelines and academic standards Assist in organizing academic events workshops and training sessions Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Management or a related field Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in academic coordination or administrative roles Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint and basic digital tools Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently Preferred Skills Knowledge or background in ACCA curriculum is an added advantage Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt What We Offer A collaborative and supportive work environment Opportunities for learning and career growth Exposure to a dynamic academic setup focused on excellence Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund
