Job Overview
The Insurance Admin Executive will provide administrative and operational support for insurance-related processes. This role requires strong organisational abilities, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and administrative tasks independently in a remote work environment.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of insurance documentation, quotes, proposals, and claims support while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesInsurance Administration
- Prepare insurance quotes as per provided guidelines.
- Assist in proposal preparation and submission.
- Maintain and update policy documentation records.
- Support claims lodgement and follow-up coordination.
- Verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
Administrative Support
- Manage email communication professionally.
- Maintain digital filing systems and organised records.
- Handle documentation using PDF tools and office software.
- Perform routine administrative and data management tasks.
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Provide timely updates on assigned tasks.
- Ensure deadlines and service timelines are met.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong computer proficiency:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Email management
- PDF handling tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Professional and responsible work attitude.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in insurance operations, or a similar role.
- Prior administrative or insurance industry experience preferred.
- Work-from-home experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age group: Mid-30s preferred.
- Resident of Ludhiana.
- Reliable and committed to long-term employment.
- Comfortable working daily on computer-based tasks.
Working Hours
- Early morning shift until approximately 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (IST)
(Final schedule to be confirmed during onboarding.)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary: ₹25,000 per month
- Salary negotiable based on experience and performance.
- Fully paid training period.
- Remote work flexibility.
Training & Onboarding
- Structured paid training will be provided.
- Training period will include process understanding and system orientation.
