Honeycomb Worldwide Inc. is looking for life science students, recent graduates or candidates currently enrolled in an undergraduate life science degree program to fill a part-time, contract summer position at Xtalks, an established digital media and webinar production brand.

This Sales Development Representative position is an ideal fit for students or recent graduates who are looking to expand their life science network, learn more about the pharma and biotech industries, understand industry service providers and gain valuable sales skills while getting experience in the industry.

The successful candidate will support prospecting efforts for industry service providers, conduct research using tools such as LinkedIn and help set up appointments for the senior sales team. Candidates should have good research skills, strong communication skills and an understanding of the drug development process.

This is a part-time, contract, summer job opportunity from May to the end of August 2026. The position is in-office four days per week, from 10am to 4pm EST. Full training will be provided, along with ongoing mentoring. The position pays $20/hour and will include bonus opportunities. Our office is located near Bay Station in the heart of Toronto’s bustling Yorkville neighbourhood.

Job Qualifications:

University students or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences-related field essential

Candidates currently enrolled in an undergraduate life science degree program will also be considered

Understanding of the drug development process

Good research skills

Experience using LinkedIn

Excellent writing and communication skills

Interest in learning about the pharma and biotech industries

Willingness to meet targets and support appointment-setting efforts for the senior sales team
