Fleet Maintenance Manager for Leading Transportation Services

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team hiring, training, and scheduling
• Oversee equipment maintenance and out-of-service evaluations
• Facilitate Job Selection/Shift Bidding processes
• Ensure timely closure of work orders and shop inventory accuracy
• Monitor safety, service quality, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 5 years of fleet maintenance experience required
• Valid driver’s license and current CDL preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in varying weather
• Strong skills in organization and leadership
