Job Description for Program Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day execution and oversee the full ticket life cycle. This role will serve as the operational backbone of the Xpert Dox India team, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, accurate project tracking, and timely ticket resolution.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, an excellent problem-solver, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Ticket & Workflow Management

Take complete ownership of all tickets on the internal ticketing system, driving them through execution and validation stages.

Ensure every ticket has a clearly assigned owner, defined scope, and actionable next steps.

Proactively monitor ticket aging and follow up aggressively to eliminate delays and bottlenecks.

Maintain high-quality documentation standards before moving tickets across workflow stages. Team Coordination

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and Operations, to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.

Hold team members accountable while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Reporting & Meetings Provide clear, timely status updates and reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Project Tracking & Documentation

Maintain real-time accuracy of project boards on internal project management tools and ticketing systems.

Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and suggesting workflow optimizations. Work Profile

3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
