Xometry's Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the manufacturing industry.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As a UX Research Intern, you will leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to conduct research that ensures the Xometry user experience best supports our users and the company’s business goals. You will learn how to be a successful researcher at a high-growth enterprise technology company. You will partner with Design, Product Management, and Engineering and report to the UX Research lead. You will have a dedicated mentor and will join our intern cohort where you'll connect with product managers, engineers, designers, account teams, other interns, and leaders from across the company.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Key responsibilities include:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to understand customer behaviors, needs, and pain points.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Designing and executing studies, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, with support from UX Research Lead.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Analyzing and synthesizing research findings into actionable insights to inform product and design decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027, with a minimum 3.5 GPA.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship period (June 8 - August 14, 2026).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
