The Senior Manager, Strategic Deals will play a critical role in expanding our footprint within this sector by developing, structuring, and executing high-impact opportunities with leading customers.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">7–10+ years of progressive experience within A&amp;D manufacturing environments, including production, supply chain, procurement, program management, or commercial leadership roles</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven track record operating within aerospace OEMs, defense primes, or Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth, securing program awards, negotiating supply agreements, or managing strategic procurement relationships within A&amp;D</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
