You will define how Xometry builds and scales its supplier network, from acquisition and onboarding to activation and retention.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You will set the vision, build the strategy, and oversee the programs and initiatives that strengthen our supply base. You will manage a small team and work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.</span></p>
<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h2>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Partner Success, Product, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to ensure programs are built, implemented, and communicated effectively.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to senior leadership</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience creating and scaling partner or supplier programs</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><em>The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $150,000 - $196,000 annually</em><span style="color: #000000;"><em> </em><em>+ annual bonus </em></span><em>depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
