You’ll guide the team in solving complex technical and business cost and pricing problems while fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for helping your team succeed by setting clear expectations, driving delivery, mentoring and coaching engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.
