We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Director to build this segment from the ground up, establish the right sales motions, and close high-value, complex deals with some of North America’s largest industrial companies.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This is a foundational role: you’ll set the strategy, execute the early wins yourself, and build the team and processes that scale. You should be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to run a long, consultative enterprise cycle as you are designing an enterprise go-to-market strategy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Build and Lead a New Enterprise Segment</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design the overall Enterprise sales strategy, playbooks, and operating model for the segment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish the initial pipeline, territories, and processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Xometry leadership.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive High-Value, Consultative Enterprise Sales</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own full-cycle sales engagements with Fortune 1000-level manufacturers, industrial distributors, OEMs, and other large enterprises.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop account-specific strategies, complex proposals, and multi-stakeholder alignment across technical, marketing, procurement, and executive teams.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build trusted relationships that position Thomas as a long-term strategic partner.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Execute While Setting Strategy</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and manage the full enterprise sales process while building the systems and frameworks needed to scale and forecast the business.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Continuously refine the enterprise GTM model through early results and customer feedback.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling marketing, data, digital, SaaS, or marketplace solutions to large industrial companies</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or other related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven success building or scaling an enterprise segment, program, or team</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder, six-figure+ enterprise deals with long sales cycles</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong strategic planning skills paired with a willingness to execute hands-on in the early stages</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional communication, executive presence, and consultative selling capability</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial supply, distribution, or OEM environments strongly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $135,000-$170,000 annually + commission depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
