font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></h2> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence supports the Operations Enablement team in defining strategy and driving execution across quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">This role sits between Sales and Partner teams and brings a deep analytical understanding of both customer requirements and partner capabilities to improve how we price, quote, and deliver for the most complex portions of our business. </span><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Senior Analyst will define KPIs, analyze sales and operations performance data, identify performance deviations, and develop structured recommendations that improve customer acquisition, quote accuracy, cycle time, and margin.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
