This role will play a critical part in managing the financial close process, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and regulations. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and external auditors to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.</span></p> <p class="p1"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and review financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant standards.</span></li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review monthly accounting entries and reconciliations</span></li> <li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
