<p class="p1"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">The Record to Report (R2R) Lead is responsible for overseeing the entire R2R process within Xometry, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of financial reporting. This role will play a critical part in managing the financial close process, streamlining operations, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and regulations. The Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and external auditors to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.</span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Financial Close and Reporting:</strong></span></p>

<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Prepare and review financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant standards.</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Review monthly accounting entries and reconciliations</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidations.</span></li>

<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA preferred.</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 7 years progressive accounting experience</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of 3 years of a supervisory or managerial experience</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO, and financial reporting standards.</span></li>
<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven experience in managing the R2R process and implementing process improvements.</span></li>

<li class="li1" style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Netsuite) and financial reporting tools.</span></li>
