Active Directory Engineering Team Lead

The Active Directory Engineering Team Lead oversees a team of engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft's on-premises and cloud identity platforms, including Active Directory and Entra.

• Provides technical leadership to a large enterprise environment with the ability to influence outside of the immediate team.
• Mentors team members and external stakeholders on complex issues, offering expert guidance in Microsoft identity and infrastructure solutions.

In this role, you will prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels through well-structured reports and presentations. Additionally,Tier 3 level troubleshooting experience with expertise in resolving complex replication problems is essential for success.

Suitable candidates must hold an Interim Secret Clearance with potential for Top Secret clearance.
