Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist role based in Jabalpur.

The Technical Support

Specialist will respond to support tickets, calls, and emails to resolve software, application, and basic infrastructure issues for clients.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, guiding users through solutions, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers when needed. The role involves documenting issues and resolutions, maintaining knowledge base articles, and tracking cases to ensure timely closure and high customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate closely with development and implementation teams to report recurring issues, support product rollouts, and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
• Solid Analytical Skills to diagnose root causes, interpret logs, and propose effective solutions.
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to document issues, create user-friendly guides, and maintain technical knowledge bases.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience supporting SaaS, CRM, ERP, or web applications is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
