The Role. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is an early-career opportunity focused on generating early-stage demand and introducing potential corporate clients to Xe’s FX and international payments solutions. You will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway designed to build your confidence and expertise. Using a suite of platforms to effectively manage pipeline growth and outbound channels, you will be well-equipped to target new potential clients. You’ll learn how global businesses manage currency exposure, understand how our products deliver value, and develop the commercial skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Your Mission. As Sales Development Representative, you will create consistent, qualified demand by engaging potential corporate clients and identifying ready meeting opportunities for the sales pipeline.

  • Execute outbound prospecting across phone, email and digital channels.
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential corporate clients.
  • Conduct basic qualifications to confirm suitability.
  • Build foundational knowledge of FX and international payments.
  • Partner with senior SDRs, BDMs and Marketing to progress opportunities.

Xe offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The reasonable estimated pay for this role ranges from $50,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
