We enable these users to solve their data challenges by themselves, rather than through a technology-led project.</p> <div class="row-fluid-wrapper row-depth-1 row-number-5 dnd-row"> <div class="row-fluid "> <div class="span12 widget-span widget-type-custom_widget module_16795735856656-padding dnd-module" data-widget-type="custom_widget" data-x="0" data-w="12"> <div id="hs_cos_wrapper_module_16795735856656" class="hs_cos_wrapper hs_cos_wrapper_widget hs_cos_wrapper_type_module widget-type-rich_text" data-hs-cos-general-type="widget" data-hs-cos-type="module"> <p><strong>Our mission </strong>is to&nbsp;empower business users within financial institutions to build automated processes that deliver trusted data.</p> <p><strong>Our values </strong>are:</p> <ul> <li>Client Centricity</li> <li>One Team</li> <li>Impactful</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div></div><h4>🚀 Your Role:</h4> <h4>Primary objective is to generate qualified leads and high quality pipeline through a curated regional events and marketing calendar.&nbsp;This will include planning, identifying and analysing customer and prospect demand, developing year on year plans, building regional programs and managing a regional budget tying into business strategy.</h4> <hr> <h4>🧩 What You’ll Be Doing:</h4> <p><strong>Events Focus</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take end-to-end ownership of the events strategy, including execution from ideation to post-event reporting — logistics, venue, booth build, branding, merchandise, travel, and on-site coordination</li> <li>Own curation and delivery of all online events to engage broader audiences, including coordinating content, build and hosting elements and execution</li> <li>Report on event performance with pipeline as the primary metric — leads generated, pipeline created, pipeline influenced, meetings booked, and ROI per event throughout the sales process</li> <li>Work closely with product, sales and sales engineering to ensure outcomes of events ties into the wider product and business strategy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Marketing Focus</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop an understanding of our platform and solutions to create and execute multi-channel demand generation marketing activities that align with market opportunities, driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue goals</li> <li>Deliver convertible pipeline for EMEA &amp; APAC aligned to overall business targets for the region, and aligned to regional marketing targets</li> <li>Analyse marketing program outcomes, draw insights, and present results to inform decision-making and stakeholders</li> <li>Understand lead scoring, the enterprise B2B sales revenue lifecycle (MQLs and SQLs), and have knowledge and experience of working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (SalesForce)</li> <li>Take ownership of the EMEA &amp; APAC regional marketing budget and report on ROI</li> <li>Partner with the Product Marketing team to identify campaign themes and content to be delivered at events through speaking engagement, and sharing thought leadership with clients and prospects</li> <li>Align and partner with regional BDRs, account executives and sales executives, to understand target segments and accounts, account history and client information needs to ensure plans deliver needs of the market</li> <li>Ensure accurate targeting of existing customers and prospects</li> </ul> <hr> <h4>🎯 Who we're looking for:</h4> <ul> <li>5-8 years’ experience in field marketing in the FinTech / SaaS space</li> <li>Experience managing tradeshows, and hosted and partner events, both online and in-person, with a targeted, regional focus</li> <li>Understanding of marketing platforms (Hubspot) and sales CRM systems (SalesForce – SFDC)</li> <li>Ability to experiment with new creative ideas to effectively reach, engage, and persuade external target audiences</li> <li>Ability to independently partner with sales executives, communicate and influence to gain buy in on marketing plans and ambitions</li> <li>Demonstrated contribution to revenue growth and customer retention</li> <li>Ability to negotiate with external vendors to get the best deals and deliver high quality events within budget</li> <li>Results orientated</li> <li>Keen eye for detail and focus on high quality is important</li> <li>Tech savvy – able to work and understand purpose of various marketing tools and platforms</li> <li>Degree accreditation desired, but not essential</li> </ul> <hr> <h4>🌍 <strong>Diversity &amp; Inclusion at Xceptor</strong></h4> <p>We believe great ideas come from everywhere — and that the best teams are made up of people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
