Role Description This is a full-time Senior Property Accountant role based on-site in London. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing journal entries, conducting financial reporting, and ensuring accounting accuracy. This role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial operations standards. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles Expertise in managing Journal Entries and general accounting tasks Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial processes Proficiency in accounting software and tools Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous Experience in real estate or property management accounting is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills
