Role Description

The Ad Operations (Google Ads & PPC Expert) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. The selected candidate will oversee the management and optimization of Pay-Per-Click campaigns on various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for clients. Daily responsibilities include creating campaign strategies, monitoring budgets, analyzing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with sales, project management, and other internal teams is integral to executing campaigns that meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis, performance tracking, and strategy optimization.
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with internal teams and clients, and to create clear and actionable reports.
• Proficiency in Sales and business development to understand and meet client objectives through campaign management.
• Experience in Operations Management and Project Management for handling campaign execution, budgeting, and task coordination.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, PPC platforms, and campaign management tools is essential.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in advertising agency environments or similar roles is an advantage.
