Position- HR Recruiter Non IT Recruitment

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 Months to 2 Years of Recruitment Experience
• Experience in Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory

Work Mode

• Permanent Work From Home

Working Hours

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 1 Hour Lunch Break

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, references, and database
• Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
• Conducting initial HR screening calls
• Regular candidate follow-up and joining coordination
• Maintaining recruiter tracker and daily hiring updates
• Understanding client requirements and delivering quality profiles within TAT
• Building a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements

Required Skills & Eligibility

Minimum 3 Months to 2 Years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment Must have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn

Strong communication and convincing skills

Good understanding of recruitment cycle and screening process

Self-disciplined and target-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Immediate joiners will be given preference
