Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Technician with experience in fabrication, welding, and maintenance of plastic extrusion machinery. The candidate will handle preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fabrication and welding work.
• Operate grinding and lathe machines.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic extrusion machines.
• Greasing of moving parts and routine maintenance.
• Replacement of mixer blades, gearbox oil, screw barrel, V-belts, and chain joints.
• Dismantling and fitment of machinery.
• Ensure proper alignment of machines after maintenance work.

Qualification:

• ITI (Fitter/Welder) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 3 to 5 years (preferred in plastic extrusion machinery)

Working Hours:

• 12 hours rotational shift

Salary:

• Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
