Job Description
As a Project Manager at WPP, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project management space, successfully handling multiple projects involving development and implementation. Your expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, methods, processes, and developing cost-effective solutions will be crucial in meeting customer and business requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with business stakeholders to develop a strategy focusing on accounts and service propositions (F&A, OTC, RTR, PTP)
- Defining service standards and governance structure as benchmarks for exceptional service delivery
- Facilitating end-to-end delivery of programs/projects and meeting internal and external objectives
- Managing cost estimation, risk, scope, schedule, resource, quality, and change management
- Implementing continuous process and productivity improvements
- Leading the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards, and tools
- Managing project reviews with clients and leadership, proactive problem management, change calls, and incident management
- Developing project plans, documents, and requirements, defining scope, estimating cost and time, and engaging required resources
- Ensuring compliance, best practices, approach, and direction for technical aspects
Qualifications required:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Management for (F&A, OTC, RTR, PTP)
- Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management, accounting & finance processes
- Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation
- Self-motivated and commercially focused with a strong client service approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
