About the Role: We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and client-focused. This pivotal role supports the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless planning and execution of creative strategies. You will serve as the primary day-to-day client custodian and relationship holder, as an expert in design and social media practices, translating strategic visions into actionable creative and driving operational excellence across social media, digital content, and influencer marketing and Gen-AI creative initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong client management skills, meticulous execution oversight, and a passion for leveraging culture, community, data, and creativity to transform brands.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship & Custodianship:
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusting relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction through project execution, managing expectations, and proactively addressing needs. Project Planning & Execution:
- Planning and execution of creative across social, digital, and influencer marketing campaigns with internal and external teams.
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and budgets for successful campaign launches.
- Identify and resolve operational roadblocks, ensuring timely and quality delivery of client work.
Strategic Support & Growth:
- Support the development and implementation of innovative brand roadmaps, contributing insights on social media, content, and influencer trends.
- Assist in tracking monthly projections, pipeline progress, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work seamlessly with Creative Services, Social, Film Production, Automation, Gen-AI Creative, Social Listening, and Campaign Measurement teams.
- Facilitate collaboration across WPP agencies (e.g., Hogarth, VML, Ogilvy) for integrated client solutions.
Market & Trend Application:
- Stay abreast of the latest design, social media, creative, and influencer marketing trends, applying insights to enhance client campaigns. Required Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in social media and/or digital creative environments, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing involvement in innovative digital and social creative campaigns.
- Proven experience managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring project execution.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with a data-driven approach to creative solutions.
