Profile Summary: A highly skilled and client-focused Client Analytics Manager specialising in delivering insightful measurement and performance analysis for global clients. Proficient in leveraging various data sources and analytical tools to provide strategic recommendations that optimise marketing campaigns and drive business outcomes. Expertise in managing client relationships, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, and ensuring the delivery of best-in-class analytical support for high-value accounts.
Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a focus on marketing performance, business impact, and client strategy.
- Proficiency in interpreting measurement data from various vendors to provide strategic insights.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with advertising platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk, enabling effective understanding of campaign data and optimisation opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex data analysis into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and foster strong relationships.
- Solid understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign optimisation, and measurement methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and/or Python for data extraction and preliminary analysis.
Description:
- Manage and deliver high-quality analytics and measurement projects for a portfolio of global clients
- Analyse campaign performance data, leveraging insights from various measurement vendors to identify opportunities for optimisation and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborate closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to define analytical objectives and deliver strategic recommendations that align with business goals.
- Develop and present compelling reports and presentations to clients, clearly articulating findings, their business implications, and fostering a data-driven culture.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of best-in-class analytical support, protecting existing revenue streams, maintaining client trust, and enhancing confidence in prop media solutions.
- Provide guidance on measurement strategies and contribute to the evolution of analytical frameworks for key clients.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
