Role Overview:
The Associate Director – Biddable will lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, platform expertise, and team leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

This role reports to the Cluster Lead.

In three months:
- Understood the complete biddable media scenario on client’s business, e.g. Search, Facebook, etc.
- Handled day to day tasks / requirement effectively
In six months:
- Optimized implementation in all biddable media platforms
- Recommended and implemented best practice
- Explored and executed an innovation in one of the biddable media platforms
In 12 months:
- Exceed client expectations in terms of biddable media implementation
- Create a road-map for the next year
Responsibilities of the role:
- Lead end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other biddable platforms; ensure timely delivery, accuracy, and performance alignment with business goals.
- Oversee campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling across Paid Search and Paid Social channels; Programmatic experience is an added advantage.
- Drive data-led decision-making through deep web analytics, performance tracking, and actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize budgets, bids, and audience strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Leverage bid management tools and automation to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics, conduct regular reporting, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of performance marketers; ensure high-quality execution and continuous skill development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to align on objectives, strategy, and performance expectations.
What you will need:
- 7–8 years of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, and performance marketing.
- Strong expertise in web analytics and conversion tracking.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with bid management tools.
- Strong analytical and number-crunching ability.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
