Data Analyst - Procurement and Real Estate & Workplace Solutions

As a Data Analyst in the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) at WPP, your role will involve enabling data-driven decision-making across Global Procurement and Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS). You will act as a data partner for both functions, owning dashboards, analytics, reporting frameworks, and data quality while supporting global transformation initiatives, cost optimization, portfolio performance, and digital enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of the global data and reporting strategy across Procurement and REWS.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Define and maintain data validation processes for various metrics.
• Drive improvements in data quality through stakeholder collaboration and process simplification.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards covering spend analysis, category performance, savings tracking, etc.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track and report on global REWS transformation initiatives including cost savings, space optimization, project completion rates, etc.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
• Work closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, REWS, Finance, IT, and Data teams.
• Act as a trusted data partner for senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Support COE capability building by documenting processes and sharing best practices.

Qualifications Required:

• 35+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
• Prior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or Transformation functions preferred.
• Strong experience with Power BI and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of procurement data, financial concepts, and real estate metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data accuracy.
