As a Data Analyst in the Global Centre of Excellence (COE) at WPP, your role will involve enabling data-driven decision-making across Global Procurement and Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS). You will act as a data partner for both functions, owning dashboards, analytics, reporting frameworks, and data quality while supporting global transformation initiatives, cost optimization, portfolio performance, and digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the global data and reporting strategy across Procurement and REWS.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
- Define and maintain data validation processes for various metrics.
- Drive improvements in data quality through stakeholder collaboration and process simplification.
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards covering spend analysis, category performance, savings tracking, etc.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Track and report on global REWS transformation initiatives including cost savings, space optimization, project completion rates, etc.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Work closely with global stakeholders across Procurement, REWS, Finance, IT, and Data teams.
- Act as a trusted data partner for senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support COE capability building by documenting processes and sharing best practices.
Qualifications Required:
- 35+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.
- Prior experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Facilities, Finance, or Transformation functions preferred.
- Strong experience with Power BI and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of procurement data, financial concepts, and real estate metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and data accuracy.
