Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution implementation.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, or digital technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage key accounts and enterprise clients.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Relevant certifications in sales or technology are an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2B IT sales.
- Exposure to SaaS, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services sales.
- Existing client network and enterprise account handling experience preferred.
