Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution implementation.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
  • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, or digital technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to manage key accounts and enterprise clients.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in sales or technology are an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in B2B IT sales.
  • Exposure to SaaS, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services sales.
  • Existing client network and enterprise account handling experience preferred.
