Worldwide Logistics Inc., is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our domestic team! This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment,

and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, responding to inquiries, and keeping clients informed throughout the shipment process.
• Generate competitive transportation quotes by working closely with our Carrier Sales Representatives and utilizing our TMS for LTL pricing.
• Coordinate shipment bookings:
• Book LTL shipments directly in the TMS.
• For dedicated and other service types, coordinate with the CSR team.
• Ensure accuracy in shipment details, documentation, and billing to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Track and monitor shipments in coordination with the support team, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
• Maintain consistent customer communication and conduct regular follow-ups with both current and past clients.
• Schedule and arrange pickups and deliveries, including appointments where needed, with clear documentation.
• Review and ensure accurate billing and documentation, invoicing customers in a timely manner.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
• Continuously seek process improvements, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take initiative to enhance service performance.

• Freight brokerage experience
