Position Overview

The Remote Administrative Assistant role is an entry-level opportunity offering excellent Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00+ per hour. As part of our Administrative department, you will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting operations and inspiring positive change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents.
• Assist and troubleshoot customer concerns.
• Verify data and information using a verification process.
• Address customer questions with exceptional service.
• Document both customer concerns and solutions.
• Meet or exceed all managed metrics.
• Keep your community safe and make a difference.

Required Qualifications

• Ambitious, customer-focused individual.
• Ability to handle stressful customer interactions.
• Minimum of one year experience in Call Center, Sales, or leadership roles.
• Strong computer skills; dual monitor experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while adhering to scheduled breaks.
• Reliable work-from-home setup with internet via Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
