Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central / F&O– Finance & SCM)

Workfall is a new-age premium talent tech platform, looking for skilled Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central / F&O – Finance & SCM) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is on-site at our office located in Ranchi. The Functional Consultant will analyze client business requirements, identify business process improvements, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves interacting with stakeholders, providing consulting expertise, and ensuring high-quality implementations of Dynamics 365 for finance and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client workshops and gather business requirements.
• Map processes and prepare BRD, FRD, FDD documentation.
• Lead full-cycle implementation and module configuration.
• Collaborate with development teams for customizations and integrations.
• Manage data migration, UAT, and go-live execution.
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and optimize ERP workflows

Requirements

• 2–5 years of ERP functional consulting experience (D365 BC or D365 F&O– Finance/SCM).
• Strong Finance knowledge: GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash & Bank, Costing.
• Strong SCM knowledge: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehousing.
• Manufacturing knowledge (BOM, Routing, Production Planning, MRP) preferred.
• Hands-on module configuration and UAT experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Understanding of MTS, MTO, subcontracting, and production planning workflows.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central or F&O.
• Experience with Power BI or Power Platform.
• Experience with API-based integrations.
