Looking for a highly driven Director – Personal Branding who can build, position, and scale a Director-level personal brand across multiple digital platforms.
This role is not just execution — it’s about strategy + storytelling + visibility + authority building.
Role Objective
To uplift and position the Director’s profile as a strong authority across:
- YouTube
- TikTok
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end personal branding strategy
- Plan and publish high-impact content (reels, posts, long-form, podcasts)
- Handle content drafting, storytelling & messaging
- Manage podcast creation, editing & distribution
- Build consistent online presence & engagement
- Analyze performance and optimize content strategy
- Align branding with Singapore market audience & positioning
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in personal branding / digital branding / content strategy
- Strong understanding of social media growth (organic + positioning)
- Hands-on with tools like:
- Canva
- Video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Pro / similar)
- Podcast editing tools
- Strong content writing & communication skills
- Ability to convert ideas into viral / authority-building content
- Understanding of short-form + long-form content strategy
- Tamil (Read, Write, Speak) – Mandatory
- Immediate joiner preferred
