Your Mission Brief

WOLF Is Seeking An Organized Inventory Coordinator To Join Our Production Team Full-time In Aurora, Ontario. Reporting To The Director, Production Operations, You Will

• Control, organize, and allocate product parts held in the inventory area with care
• Identify, gather, and separate parts required for different projects prior to being shipped to an assembly house
• Frequently process material transactions within the SAP system
• Control the distribution of product parts, whether they are leaving the building or are being handled within the inventory area of the company
• Ensure that all kits and final products are prepared On-time to meet delivery deadlines
• Conduct physical counts of received inventory
• Carefully follow and comply with defined company processes and safety procedures such as FOD and ESD standards
• Maintain an organized work environment by labeling and placing materials and parts in their assigned locations for appropriate use
• ISO 9001 and AS9100D standards, safeguarding WOLF’s reputation for excellence and reliability.

Your Edge

You have a high school diploma, with post-secondary education considered an asset. You have demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in following procedures, along with strong time management and organizational skills. You work effectively both independently and in a team, take direction well, and show a willingness to learn. You demonstrate integrity, honesty, and respect, and build strong working relationships with colleagues and leaders. You communicate clearly and effectively, and experience with SAP, inventory, logistics, or shipping and receiving, particularly in a mid-sized organization, is considered an asset.
