WiselyWise is looking for a super talented Online Trainer cum eLearning Content Developer to develop high quality content and deliver training to our learners.

Job description

• Design and develop the required multimedia training solutions that are adaptable to continuous change and fulfil the client’s requirement.
• Plan, implement, and manage new courses as per requirements
• Experience in curriculum designing and creation a must.
• Manage the entire process including creating content, scripts, video/web-based training programs.
• Manage content and modules with respect to changes and additions.
• Partnering and collaborating with internal and external teams to produce quality content.
• Creating web documents, course outline, and course description, PPTs, diagrams, videos, engaging contents, exercises, summary, mock tests, quizzes, assessments
• Ability to analyse and creatively design and create innovative age specific learning content for students
• Must have experience in creating technical courses in Artificial Intelligence, and other IT technologies
• Experienced in using online tools for Content creation
• Experienced in various tools like Filmora, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, Adobe Media Encoder, Techsmith, Camtasia, Articulate 360 storyline. (Experience in Articulate 360 preferred)
• Must have teaching experience in coding and technical subjects for students and adults, in both classroom and online settings.
• Experience in planning the course delivery as per given timelines ( a must)
• Project management experience ( a must)

Requirements

• BE in Computer Science or IT
• Teaching Coding experience in Python and Scratch is a must
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Comfortable in remote working environments, and owns a laptop/desktop with a good Wi-Fi connection.
• Comfortable in multi tasking, and working in a tight deadline oriented environment

Note: This is a Full time Remote working role. Having a good quality Laptop/Desktop with strong Internet connectivity is crucial for this role.
