Communication Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly professional Communication Specialist to support the communication and branding initiatives of our Brand Strategy Consulting Company. The candidate will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, developing impactful brand messaging, coordinating client communication, and enhancing the company’s brand presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess strong content creation abilities, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of branding, marketing, and corporate communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Create compelling content for brand campaigns, social media, presentations, newsletters, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate communication with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders professionally.
• Support brand strategy projects through effective storytelling and messaging.
• Draft professional emails, reports, case studies, company profiles, and corporate documents.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and communication standards.
• Assist in public relations, media communication, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams for campaign execution.
• Handle social media communication and online brand engagement.
• Support event communication, webinars, workshops, and client meetings.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA / Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in communications, branding, marketing, or consulting preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication and content creation skills may also apply.
