About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. You will work across the entire stack — from intuitive front-end interfaces to robust backend APIs and database architecture.

This role requires someone who can think product-first, write clean code, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (Web & Mobile)

• Develop responsive web applications using React JS
• Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
• Implement reusable UI components and maintain design consistency
• Integrate RESTful APIs into frontend applications
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability

Backend

• Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI (Python)
• Design secure, scalable backend architecture
• Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of APIs

Database

• Design and manage relational databases using PostgreSQL
• Write optimized queries and manage indexing
• Implement migrations and data models
• Ensure data integrity and performance tuning

DevOps & Deployment

• Manage CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)
• Dockerize applications and manage container environments
• Monitor system performance and uptime

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in React JS
• Experience with React Native
• Solid backend development experience with FastAPI
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL
• Experience building REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git version control

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Docker & containerization experience
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Understanding of security best practices (OWASP)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integrations
• HIPAA-compliant system experience (if healthtech)
• Experience working in startup environments
