We are looking for a proactive, organized, and academically strong Academic Coordinator to streamline school operations and enhance teaching-learning outcomes. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about curriculum planning, teacher mentoring, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities--

• Coordinate day-to-day academic operations across classes and departments
• Support in curriculum planning, lesson plan review, and execution aligned with CBSE guidelines
• Monitor classroom teaching, student performance, and assessment systems
• Assist in teacher training, classroom observation, and feedback sessions
• Ensure proper implementation of NEP 2020 practices and modern pedagogy
• Manage timetables, substitutions, and academic scheduling
• Oversee report cards, exam planning, and academic documentation
• Facilitate smooth communication between management, teachers, and parents
• Encourage integration of technology, AI tools, and digital platforms in teaching.

Eligibility Criteria--

• Graduate/Postgraduate with B.Ed (mandatory)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced school workplace
